RICOH360 has acquired ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certification, the international standards for Information Security Management System (hereinafter referred to as “ISMS”), on May 28, 2024.
Background of acquisition
We believe that our mission is to contribute to society by meeting the expectations of our customers and partners through “RICOH360”, and we recognize that the protection of information assets including personal information entrusted to us is a top-priority management issue.
Against this background, we have decided to acquire ISMS (ISO27001) and cloud security certification (ISO27017).
We will continue to build and operate a management system based on our information security policy, and maintain and improve our security measures so that our customers can use our services safely and securely.

ISO/IEC 27017 certification is an international standard for information security management for cloud services, which is a prerequisite for ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) certification.
