RICOH360 Mobile app: Photo thumbnails cannot be viewed in the “Cloud” tab.

Affected Users: This issue impacted all users.
Cause: The issue was caused by a system error.
Situation: We are pleased to inform you that the issue has now been resolved and normal functionality has been restored.
