We have confirmed an issue in the Android version of the RICOH360 app where users may be unable to return from the shooting screen after performing specific actions.
This issue does not occur when using the "< (Back)" button within the app(highlighted in blue in the image below).
Request to Customers:
To return from the image details screen, please use the "< (Back)" button within the app(highlighted in blue in the image below).
If this issue occurs, please restart the app.
