The Animation Auto Framing plug-in automatically creates animations by extracting (framing) the area, using RICOH’s unique AI technology to determine the subject when shooting 360-degree still images with RICOH THETA.
The framing technique is based on the application and learning of a large number of 360-degree images, using a unique neural network design that supports the spherical structure (global panorama).
The animation is generated in an aspect ratio of 1:1 in MPEG4 format and save in THETA.
While shooting pictures with RICOH THETA, animations can be easily created, to share realistic scenes even with SNS that do not support 360-degree images.
